The Notary Learning Center has developed this certification test to reflect real-world questions and
challenges you may face during loan document signings, with the aim of preparing you to handle complex
situations confidently. Your certification depends on successfully passing the test.
The exam consists of four sections: "Notary Public," "Notary Signing Agent," "Loan Documents," and "Conducting the Loan Signing." Most answers can be found in the Notary Learning Center's reference eBooks, "Notary Public Training Course" and "Notary Signing Agent Training Course," both included with your CNSA exam purchase. Any questions not directly covered in our materials are based on general notary public knowledge. To achieve certification, you must score 90% or higher. The test is open book and has no time limit, allowing you to complete it at your own pace. Upon passing, you will receive your "Certified Notary Signing Agent" certificate.
